ChatGPT Ads

Reach shoppers inside the conversation.

We plan ChatGPT ad campaigns for ecommerce brands, write the creative and fix the page shoppers land on. Then we read the results with you, every week.

The answer comes first. The ad sits below it.

  1. The question. A shopper asks something specific.
  2. The answer. ChatGPT answers it. Ads don’t change that part.
  3. The slot. Below the response, labeled sponsored.
  4. The creative. One angle, written to the need behind the question.
  5. The page. Where the click lands, and where the ad’s promise is kept.

The answer is earned. The ad is bought.

OpenAI shows ads below ChatGPT’s responses, labeled as sponsored, and says they don’t influence the answers. So they’re different jobs, run and reported separately.

The answer

Built from the product information and sources ChatGPT can find. You earn your place in it with clear pages and credible sources.

  • Can’t be paid for

The ad

A sponsored placement below the response, chosen for its relevance to the conversation. OpenAI says the ad’s landing page, title and copy are part of how it decides what to show.

  • Clearly labeled as sponsored
  • Shaped by creative and the landing page
  • Measured by spend, clicks and purchases

Landing page

The promise, kept.

The ad promised softness. The page proves it, then answers the rest.

From the first ad to the last click.

An ad is a promise. Most of the work is making sure the page keeps it.

  1. Plan the campaign

Products, the customer need and the objective. We confirm access and eligibility first, then plan around the budget you approve.

  2. Create the ads

Several angles per product, each written to a different buying need, so results pick the winner instead of our opinion.

  3. Fix the landing page

Carry the ad’s promise through to the page, then set up purchase tracking you can trust.

  4. Read the results

Impressions, clicks and spend alongside your store data. Weekly updates, a monthly review, a clear call on what to continue, change or stop.

Access first. Your approval throughout.

  1. 01

    An eligible account

Availability depends on your country, product eligibility, verification and platform review. Creating an account alone doesn’t guarantee access.

  2. 02

    Eligible products

Some categories have stricter rules than others. We check your products against the policies before we plan, not after.

  3. 03

    Your sign-off

You approve the creative, the landing page and the budget before anything launches.

  4. 04

    Your ad spend

You pay the platform for media directly. Our fee is separate, and scoped to the work.

FAQ

Something else? hey@setinslate.com

Do ads change what ChatGPT recommends?

No. OpenAI says ads run on separate systems and don’t influence ChatGPT’s answers. If you want to be part of the answer itself, that’s AI visibility work.

What if our account isn’t ready?

We check access before agreeing a launch, and talk through what can go ahead in the meantime. An application isn’t a promise of platform access.

How much should we spend?

We suggest a test budget based on your products, objective and the platform’s current requirements. You decide whether to approve it, and you pay the platform directly.

Can you guarantee sales?

No. We commit to the agreed campaign work and an honest read of the results.
